[Calendar] AOC Telephone Conference hub added

At the request of staff in Socorro, WebEvent calendar #66
has been added to allow reservations to be made for the
AOC Teleconference Hub *505-835-7940* independently of,
or in addition to, Socorro conference room reservations.

have all been  modified to include this new calendar.

The NRAO  reserve.pl  script has been modified to list

AOCtelhub

in multi-site reservation emails to calendar at nrao.edu that
request use of this telephone hub.  "AOC Teleconference
Hub" is now an entry in the menu list that you will see
from the WebEvent administrator interface.

The AOC Teleconference Hub calendar also has
the orange "Add Event" button that will allow anyone
logged in to a Guest account from the NRAO web
pages to request a reservation for this phone hub alone,
independent of any conference room reservation.

All of the above tools have just been tested ok
but if anyone encounters a problem with use of this
calendar please let me or Jeff Mangum know asap :)
