[Calendar] FYI - Video system upgrades

All,

The video system SO-conf2 located in room SO 280 and video system
NTC-400 located in the NTC penthouse now have hub capability.  These
additional hub capable systems will provide additional flexibility when
scheduling multipoint video meetings.  Up to three other video systems
can connect to one of these systems.

On web page http://www.nrao.edu/internal/cal.shtml the video systems
noted in red indicate hub capability.  The "NRAO Video and Audio
Conference Room Listing" pages have also been updated.  The link to the
html and Excel .xls formatted room listing pages can be found at the
bottom of the http://www.nrao.edu/internal/cal.shtml page.  It would be
most useful to have a hard copy of the "NRAO Video and Audio Conference
Room Listing" in each conference room.

I plan on waiting a day to see if there are any questions; if not I will
then send Email to allemploy announcing the hub capability of these two
systems.
