Other info: Intent is to have a three hour meeting
(9:00 - noon) in GB auditorium. Ideally, the potential CV attendees will drive over. I'd like to reserve the room until 3pm in case we run over. I'd also like to reserve the CV auditorium in case (for poor weather or whatever) the CV
