[Calendar] problem with double-booking prevention

Hi Folks,

Sheila has identified a bug in the current version of WebEvent which
sometimes causes the double-booking prevention feature, which we have
enabled on all calendars, to fail.  WebEvent says that this problem
has been fixed in the next version (2.7), which they will release
within the next couple of weeks.  In the mean time, please check your
calendar entries carefully for double booking.
