[Calendar] Meetings on Wed

Dear calendar schedulers,

You should just have received two scheduling requests for the same meeting in
different rooms and at different times on the same day.  This was not a
mistake.  I have been asked to arrange a meeting and I will be out of the
office tomorrow, so I made two reservations in the (possibly vain) hope that
one of them will be acceptable.  It is also possible that we may need both
slots.
