Change Requested:

This is the afternoon AIPS++ meeting.  When daylight savings time is NOT in effect, this meeting happens one hour earlier.  So, this is a request to move this meeting to 5-6 pm EDT.

Also, Joe McMullin is the new Meeting Organizer.
