Done.  There is now a "NRAO VLA" calendar which is actually just a
"meta-calendar" which contains a listing of the merged VLA calendars
(including the new Cafeteria one).  Note that, like the main NRAO site
calendars (like "NRAO Socorro") the NRAO VLA calendar cannot be
written to.

Done.  There is now a "VLA Cafeteria" calendar with you as
administrator.
