We have discovered that the rsync process that keeps the remote rsync 
area up to date had begun to fail around July 28 for MACINT architecture 
only.  In particular, when help files changed, remote sites would 
receive the new help file but for MACINT not the corresponding new load 
module.  This leads to very confusing failures, which after Sept 7 would 
have been widespread.  Run a MNJ asap on all MACINTs.
