[bananas] UVFLG, FITLD patches - New helpdesk

Patches to UVFLG to correct flagging for shadowing and to FITLD to stop 
annoying messages from EVN FITS-IDI files have been issued for 31DEC09.

We still support daip at nrao.edu but request that you switch to the new 
NRAO helpdesk if possible.  A note about it is attached.
