31DEC05 is fully available from our web site:

        http://www.aoc.nrao.edu/aips/

either as a tar-ball for local compilation or as a binary
installation.  31DEC04 is now fully frozen - last night was the last
time we rebuild the essentially unchanged tar ball and cvs site.
You may run one more MNJ on the 31DEC04 version without any errors but
after that it will complain that nothing has changed.

The final 31DEC04 AIPSLetter is available from the above web site as
well.
