[bananas]FITAB, FITTP bug

On 2 October, I putbck new versions of FITAB amd FITTP that used the
new adverb CATNO.  Bugs in the code that I put back could cause these
tasks to write out the wrong data files.  I have just this minute
fixed the code and rebuild the MNJ tar ball.  If you have run a MNJ
since 2 October, please run one now.  Anyone who has used these tasks
in the 3+ days should check the results closely.
