The 31DEC00 release is now available from the usual www adress.
The ftp area is

  ftp://ftp.cv.nrao.edu/aips/31DEC00

where you will find the gzipped tarball, install.pl, update.pl, and an
md5sum checksum.  A number of areas below this allow you to download
binary files for Solaris (Ultra) and Linux.

MNJ sites can turn off the job for NEW if one has been run since
Thursday 1/18.

Unfortunately, I am about to issue patches already for 31DEC00.  Both
SCIMG and SCMAP do not handle UVTAPER correctly (applying twice as
for multi-resolution) and SCIMG did not do multi-channel, multi-IF
cases as intended.
