[bananas] Looking for DAOPHOT...

Hi

I am looking for the FIND routine of the DAOPHOT package. I need the
source either in C!
I am also interested in any software package designed to find positions
of "stars" on CCD images with around 10,000 "stars". In my case however,
the shining points on the images which look like stars are fluorescently
labeled Latex particles attached to a surface. I can save my image files
either in any format, however, I prefer FITS.
