[asac] Up-coming meetings and telecons

hi Richard -

happy new year.

i would be interested in visiting the site after the meeting. however, 
i do not want to be responsible for significant extra workload, so if 
i am alone in this desire then i would prefer to head straight home.

of course, this is predicated on the ESO travel folks being able to 
find me decent flights, something i've yet to explore.
