[asac] Telecon Wednesday 3rd Feb

Dear Colleagues,

This is to confirm that the next ASAC telecon will take place on 
Wednesday 3rd Feb at 14:30 UTC.  The connection numbers, etc., will be 
sent soon.

Meanwhile here is the draft document on the Proposal Review Process, 
which I am sure you will want to start reading and thinking about. 
Please note that this document is based on the assumption that Chilean 
proposals will be included in the single review process.  Whether this 
will actually be the case has yet to be decided.

Additional material will be attached to the agenda.
