[asac] Logitical Information of ASAC f2f Meeting in March

Dear All,

Here is the logistical information of the ASAC f2f meeting
in March.  If you find any wrong information, please
let us know.

During the meeting, we will prepare lunch boxes for every
member and we are planning to have the meeting dinner
in the evening on 9th.  If you are a vegitarian, please
let us know.
