[asac] Dates for October meeting

Yes, I have amended the pol to include those dates (and marked on it all 
the responses I have had so far) so people can fill them in there or 
send me e-mail if they prefer.  Please don't send e-mail to everyone on 
the circulation list.  We are all drowning in such messages.
