[asac] Charges

Dear Colleagues,

Following the Board telecon, here are the charges for our next face to 
face meeting.  You will that the first of these refers to the Proposal 
Review Process.  That document will be coming soon.  The Board has 
agreed to release the draft but there was one point that needed to be 
adjusted - interestingly it is the issue of how frequent the calls 
should be.

Also I should let you know that I attached the presentations used at the 
November Board meeting to the agenda of our last telecon, which is at
