[asac] Next telecon on 10th Dec.

Dear all,

Not all the members cannot attend the telecon on either day, and
the next Thursday, 10th December, seems to be better for the next telecon
according to your replies.

I would like to set the next telecon at 14:30UT of 10th December.

I apologize to the members who are inconvenienced by this schedule.
