[asac] Face-to-face meeting arrangements 28-29 September

Folks,

I think most of you have communicated your plans to Jennifer Neighbours 
(jneighbo at nrao.edu).  If not, please note that rooms are still available 
at the Omni Hotel in Charlottesville for the September ASAC Meeting. 
The block covers 27-29 September.  There may be some flexibility on 
either side to accommodate additional days, if desired.

The room rate (lower of the two compared) is:
         Saturday, 27th       $169+tax *
         Sunday, 28th          $ 93+tax
         Monday, 29th        $ 93+tax

* Government rate was not available.

Please see the interim agenda for tomorrow, which has links to a 
strawman agenda for the meeting (which I dreamt up in a spare moment; it 
needs discussion).
