Here is:
1) the slides I used to support my presentation to the Board of your 
report.  Obviously I had to be selective.  I hope you feel that this was 
a reasonably summary.
2) the draft response from the Board.

Sorry to clutter up you mail boxes, but I thought it best to send this 
directly as the telecon is less that 24 hrs away.
