Dear ASAC members;

    Attached please find the logistical information of the ASAC 
face-to-face meeting in Tokyo.  The venue is the meeting room 
#338 of the Faculty of Science Bldg #1 at the University of 
Tokyo (Hongo Campus).  Internet connection and TV conference 
system are available.  

    I would urge you to make reservation of your hotel room.  
We have booked a block of rooms of Tokyo Garden Palace, which 
is in a walking distance from the campus.   For reservation, 
please send your travel plan to Ms. Yumiko Osada, a secretary 
of NAOJ, by March 31.  The e-mail address is 
    secretary at almasv2.mtk.nao.ac.jp
