[asac] Dates for Sprint 2007 Face-to-face meeting in Tokyo

Dear Colleagues,

I just wish to let you know that there will be a ESO Finance Committee 
meeting on May 8 and 9 which I have attend. I therefore appreciate if 
the meeting could be held earlier.
