[asac] Dates for Sprint 2007 Face-to-face meeting in Tokyo

Greeting to all,

   I have had a short communication with Jim Hesser regarding charges;
the charges are still in formulation within the board. There will be
a discussion at the Jan 18 baord telecon.

   Of more immediate relevance, I was reminded that the Board now
expects us to give our report to the JAO sufficiently in advance
of the Board meeting to allow the JAO to prepare a written
response. Hence, the Board requests that our written report be
received no later than Monday May 28!

   The dates in the 20's of May are not viable with this report
schedule. Please concentrate your attention on the May 7-11
dates.
