[asac] Meeting Date

Dear all,
    in principle there is no problem in organizing the meeting the  
week end 16-19 Sep. I will be in Ringberg from 11 to 15, although not  
ideal for me, it should be reasonably ok to organize the meeting Sat/ 
Sun 16/17.
