[asac] ASAC telecon 2 August postponed until 9 August.

Folks,

John Richer is in Chile this week with the British broadsheet journalists.
There will be an ALMA Board telecon on 3 August.  We propose postponing the 
ASAC telecon which would have been held Weds 2 August until one week later, 
Weds 9 August.  

The ESAC meets face-to-face on 6 September, which would normally be the date
of the next ASAC telecon.  Is 1330UT on Tuesday, 5 September acceptable?
