If you have not seen it, you might follow this link. Though of course I cannot speak for the panels, I think most participants have felt that the reviews of the past week have gone well. http://www.nature.com/nature/journal/v439/n7076/full/439526a.html There is also a podcast with an ALMA story. So, please email me to let me know if you are unavailable for an ASAC telecon at 2100 UT on either February 21 or February 22. Legacy projects should produce results of high scientific impact or data of long-term value to the entire astronomical community. They may require large amounts of time on one or more telescopes, collaborations of many astronomers from several institutions, new instrumentation and software, and new modes of observing. The goal of this workshop is to bring together like-minded people who can identify the leading scientific and technical opportunities for legacy projects and refine NRAO's policies for implementing them. The program includes invited speakers, a panel discussion, and both oral and poster sessions enabling every participant to present ideas related to legacy programs involving NRAO facilities. See the workshop web page http://www.aoc.nrao.edu/events/legacy/ for further information plus registration and abstract submission forms. Jim Condon jcondon at nrao.edu Dale Frail dfrail at nrao.edu
