[asac] first draft of charges for 2006

Hi, everyone,

Here is my first attempt to draft suggestions for charges for our next 
ASAC meeting. I added a fourth charge to review the commissioning and 
science verification plans; perhaps it will still be too early for that 
given the big changes to the schedule.

If you remember other possible charges that I have forgotten, please bring
it up at the telecon Monday or email me.

Possible Charges for Spring 2006 ASAC Meeting

1. Review plans and progress on integrating Japanese contributions
to ALMA into the baseline project e.g. software, ACA calibration,
Band 4 and 8 commissioning, etc.

2. Review progress in developing science software for ALMA, e.g.
offline, pipeline, archive, observing tool, with a
focus on how the software group is planning to meet the top level
usability requirements for ALMA.

3. Review the scientific impact of having two antenna vendors for the
main ALMA array and propose measures that might be taken to reduce
any adverse impact.

4. Review the detailed plans for commissioning and science verification
of ALMA.
