[asac] Meeting Date Preference Matrix

Folks,

There needs to be a decision as to when the ASAC will meet to consider
the next set of Charges.

As before, I have constructed a Meeting Date Preference Matrix ast:

Please fill in the row with your name on it yourself, after you register for
the wiki.  The name you registered with last time is fine.  If you forgot the
password, reregister with a different name.  Without this password you cannot
be allocated observing time on ALMA so please endeavor to remember it as you
are likely to run out of pseudonyms by Early Science.
