[asac] telecon reminder

Hi, everyone,

This is an early reminder that the ASAC telecon will be on next Wednesday, 
November 16 at our new time of 2100 UT. Al will circulate an agenda early 
next week.

One important item will be to discuss the date and location for our next 
face-to-face meeting, as well as the draft charges. 

Al will organize a calendar to check people's availability in late
January/early February.  Please try to fill in your dates before the
telecon.
