[asac] Pan-ALMA SOC

Jean and Leonardo,

Attached is note from Jose Cernicharo concerning the Pan-ALMA science
meeting SOC.   The open issue is two more members of the SOC.
Below is text of where we left it last Feb.   The ASAC has to come
up with two more SOC members, preferably from NA and Japan?
I suggest people send me names, and I will colate and we can
discuss at next telecon?
