Dear Dr. Hesser,

    thank you for the documents.  I received them twice, once directly 
and once through the email-exploder, so this worked.  We will try to get 
our report to you before the Board meeting, but this time there will not 
be much time for the Director to comment in advance.  We will take your 
request into account for our future meetings though.
