[asac]Telecon tomorrow

Dear Al,

The ASAC telecon has been at 14:30 UT for some time, but the start 
time you notice is two hours late (the telecon starts at 01:30 am in 
Japan).  This makes it extremely tough for Japanese observers to 
attend with working brains and the damage on the next day's work is 
large.  I hope this is readjusted at least from the December telecon.
