Measurements and Simulations of Overmoded Waveguide Components at 70-118 GHz, 220-330 GHz and 610-720 GHz

For low-loss transmission of the LO in the ALMA Band 6 cartridges, overmoded waveguide may be used.
In this paper, we report on the theoretical and measured losses of various sizes of waveguide in
the frequency ranges 70-118 GHz, 220-330 GHz and 610-720 GHz.
