[asac][almanews]ALMA memo rejections

Dear Colleague,

Under the new policy that all submissions of ALMA Memos must be reviewed
by the Joint Project Office before distribution, it has been announced
by Director Massimo Tarenghi that four memos have recently been
rejected.  The nature of these memos and the reasons for their rejection
are being provided only to their authors.  The criteria for acceptance
or rejection have not been announced, and inquiries have brought no
response.

If you are one of those whose memo has been rejected, please consider
sharing  your experience with the rest of us.  In this way, perhaps we
can all learn how to write an acceptable memo for ALMA.
