Multi-resolution FX Correlator

Future expansions of the ALMA correlator are likely to follow an FX topology. This memo describes the architecture for the
filterbanks that naturally lends itself to multi-resolution observing in multiple frequency bands. It is based on a cascade of
polyphase filterbanks, this maximizes the signal to noise performance at the highest frequency resolution.
