[asac] New version enhancements document

Dear ASAC members,

A new version of the enhancements document has been posted at:

(with enhancements2.ps or .pdf the version without figure 9).

The main changes are in the executive summary (prioritization added)
and the ACA section. There should be 21 pages in total.

Please send any final comments by Monday morning 8 am Central European
Time.
