[asac] ALMA Receiver Requirements and Specifications

Dear ALMA SAC members,

All of you should have received the "ALMA Receiver Subsystem Top Level 
Requirements and Specifications" document by W. Wild and John 
Payne, which was emailed on May 19 and is retrievable from 
http://www.cv.nrao.edu/~awootten/mmaimcal/receiverspecs.html

Stephane Guilloteau and Al Wootten mailed you their comments on that 
document on June 8 and June 16, respectively. 

I would like to compose an ASAC reponse and would therefore like to know 
whether any of you has other comments on the document. If yes, please
send me an email by Wednesday, June 21.
