[alma-config] Update of details (probably historical interest)

Hello all, hope you are all well

I was having a look through the ALMA website the other day, and realised that my details listed on the Configuration Working Group page ( http://www.mma.nrao.edu/development/config/index.html ) have changed. I don't know if that page is being maintained, but 

a) My contact email address is no longer sheddle at freenetname.co.uk but is (and will be, as along as I am on the go)steven at kw15.co.uk

b) The simulations I did for the configuration working group prior to our PDR in Grenoble, referenced near the bottom of the page in 'Imaging Simulations',  used to be at the Royal Observatory Edinburgh as indicated, but have been gone for over an year since their last website revamp. I have thus diligently reconstructed them on my own webspace where they can be reached at http://www.stevenheddle.co.uk/ALMA
