[alma-config]Unaddressed Issues for ALMA Configurations

Hello Al,

	I would like to see:

1. radial and azimuthal uv distributions for each of the designs.

2. robustness to antenna position adjustment due to terrain
(e.g. randomly displace all antennas by 10m RMS and see how
sidelobe levels are changed).

3. robustness to antenna dropout. (e.g. omit 4 antennas
a) randomly selected, b) worst case).
