[alma-config] Some more results calculated earlier

I calculated fidelity images for the CYG, MPD and SDC examples for the B
resolution at the same time as the C array ones posted earlier, so have
posted them for perusal at

I am aware that they will probably require recalculation using a wholly
positive model, but have restrained myself from doing this in anticipation
of further suggestions at Thursday's teleconference.
