[alma-config] Sidelobe level

Hi all,

sorry for my long absence.
As Mark pointed out, my evaluation of the near sidelobe level for the
SPIRAL array was wrong.  I set radial range of [1xFWHM, 10xFWHM]
as near sidelobe area.  This minimum radius is too small for
the SPIRAL array and I took a main beam wing as the peak sidelobe
level.  I re-evaluate the near sidelobe level over the radial range 
of [2xFWHM, 10xFWHM] for the SPIRAL array.  Following table shows
revised results.
