[alma-config] Next teleconference

Hi all configuration members,

    Since the teleconf will be somewhat late to fix a number of things, let
me go now on details for the
configuration PDR
    Date: February 26 and 27
    Location: IRAM, Grenoble

Access:
-    The easiest is from the Lyon St-Exupery airport. There is a bus to
Grenoble quite frequently, which takes
    about 1h to go to Grenoble downtown. Cost 20 $.
-     Flying through Geneva is also possible. However, there are very few
regular trains from Geneva to Grenoble,
    so it is recommended to take a shuttle (to be arranged in advance) from
the Airport to Grenoble. Cost about
    100 $
-    For those who will be attending the ASAC in Florence, there are flights
by Lufthansa through Munich,  Air France
    through Paris, and presumably others through Alitalia on the Sunday 25
morning. Takes about 4 hours + bus.
    There are also direct flights to Geneva taking 1h30 by Swissair.

Lodging:
    I will try to book you downtown Grenoble, because the University Campus
is a bit boring...

PLEASE ANNOUNCE YOUR ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE date as soon as possible. Lodging
in Grenoble isn't usually
a serious problem, but that could happen... For those arriving on Saturday,
it could be possible to arrange some ski
activity on Sunday, if known sufficiently in advance.

    but are weak on operation issues.    Gross distribution

        - Spiral concept (Conway)
        - Multi-configuration aspects (Viallefond)
        - Compact array issues (Morita / Guilloteau)
        - Site issues (Radford / Butler)
        - Operation concepts (Wootten / Guilloteau) (oops, have to work
here...)
        - Cost issues (Hofstadt / ? )

    Goal of the meeting: select a baseline design to continue with detailed
implementation work ...
