and colleagues,<br>
<br>
I am preparing a lecture series discussion on controversies in
our<br>
community. For this purpose, I am looking for pairs of papers
which<br>
present opposing views. They may be controversial, but the topic<br>
should be related to computational astrophysics. Ideally, the<br>
controversy should be numerical, such as simulating a stellar
cluster<br>
using a tree-code instead of direct integration, or simulating<br>
hydrodynamics with an SPH code as opposed to a grid-based code.<br>
<br>
Maybe you have (rather typical) examples in mind of such
opposing view<br>
publications, which I could use in class for a more in-depth<br>
discussion.<br>
<br>
Best,<br>
Simon<br>
