 data and slices, changes to spectral fitting tasks (XGAUS, ZEMAN, RMFIT et al.), and two new AIPS Memos (spectral index, data flagging) and many updated Memos.  There may be changes to the government web sites that supply us with Earth Orientation and ionosphere

 mesurements.  We will attempt to change the VLB and VLA procedures that download these data when the changes take effect.  That makes it a very good idea to install 31DEC25 or at least 31DEC24 rather than continuing to use an older version.</div>
