These procedures worked through 2023 but needed an improved IF statement for
data from 2024.  31DEC22 and 31DEC23 are being corrected as I type this.  A
MNJ on these later today (give me a half hour at least) will fix them.  A MNJ on
31DEC24 after 10 pm MST tonight will fix that one.
