[fitswcs] Test files for wavelength projections

The sample FITS WCS files for Paper II at

http://www.atnf.csiro.au/people/mcalabre/WCS/sample_data/index.html

have proven to be very useful in debugging software.  Is there anything similar 
for the various projections in Paper III?
