Leading international experts will discuss topics ranging from the role of sex differences in the mechanisms controlling cell behaviour to how productivity of research teams is influenced by gender balance. With more than 100 speakers and 30 sessions, this is the most influential event addressing gender issues in science. </p><p class="MsoNormal">See the speakers, and register at <a href="http://www.gender-summit.com/">www.gender-summit.com</a>.</p><p class="MsoNormal">The aim is to achieve positive change towards greater diversity in STEM workforce and leadership, and greater inclusion of the “gender dimension” in research content and process.</p><p class="MsoNormal">The Summit is being co-convened by the National Science Foundation (NSF), the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC - CRSNG), the National Council on Science and Technology of Mexico (CONACYT), US National Institutes of Health (NIH), The Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) and UK based NGO, Portia Ltd.</p><p class="MsoNormal">By participating you will contribute to the creation of a Roadmap for Change, a programme of action for key stakeholder groups in the science enterprise.</p><p class="MsoNormal">You can register for the summit at <a href="http://www.gender-summit.com/">www.gender-summit.com</a>.
