<p class="x_MsoNormal">That band looks like it’s allocated for military air to ground communications. Low Elevation and pointing to the NE would be towards Kirtland AFB. Perhaps something the military is testing?<br>

<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:Aptos; color:black">In order to characterize the P-band beam when the subreflector is in the non-standard positions (for VLITE), I have taken more than a dozen short observations at P-band over
the past few days.</span></p>

<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:Aptos; color:black">The latest one, taken last evening near 7PM, at very low elevation (pointing to the NE) showed a strong, wideband source of RFI that I've never seen before. </span></p>
