[evlatests] Trouble with WIDAR last night ...

There was a note added to the script indicating that one baselineboard
pair was out of service and that a subband was 'sacrificed' to allow
the observation to continue.  I remember hearing recently that there
was (is?) some problem in m2s when this occurs.  Someone closer to
that problem may know more.
